AhlulBayt News Agency - Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group) announced on Tuesday night that their forces assassinated the top ISIS emir of northern Homs.
Based on the reports from Jabhat Al-Nusra’s media wing, the aforementioned Al-Qaeda affiliate assassinated ISIS emir, Rafid Taha, and his top associate, ‘Abir Al-Aswad, in the village of Deir Fool on Tuesday.
The situation in northern Homs became tense between Jabhat Al-Nusra and ISIS after Taha’s group, Liwaa Assoud Al-Islam, pledged allegiance to Ibrahim Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi.
